As regards the quality control system, we have established a perfect acceptance and release procedure of raw materials and products. We trace the lot numbers of the manufacturing, the packing, the products delivery. We reinforce monitoring to raw material problems such as transgenesis, anaphylactogen, and pesticide residue according to the requirements from international markets.
In terms of producing procession, we strictly do things in line with the process manual. We check and monitor the quality of intermediate products, making sure they are qualified to go onto the next procedure.
The QC department owns a variety of domestic and imported equipments such as Gas Chromatography, Liquid Chromatography, and other kinds of detecting instruments. We have trained professional staffs to detect and track each kind of raw materials, production processes, and products according to the requirements of ISO9001.
We provide customers with the only code that each product has. The original records, for example, the producing time, batch number, section, and lot number of raw materials can be traced back within two years of the manufacturing date.
